Thing #4 - Video Hosting (You Tube)

Okay - I started this in June, it now being July 30. I ran into a mental block on what to video, maybe over-thinking it.... But, with the deadline approaching, it is now time to finish this even if with a video from my family vacation. The advantages of having Teacher Tube videos available goes without saying...We teachers can always learn from others and what better way than to learn without the expediture of travel time. The ability to rapidly browse and use (or not) materials per our discretion. There was quite a bit of material already available on Autism related issues, which can only grow in number if more and more teachers utilize this application. As for student created work....as part of the curriculum for my students, we regularly take video vignettes and edit them. It would be neat to see the initiation of a video library with topics/content pertinent to my students' needs.
